Wellness Conferences For Our Healthcare Professionals

Join us October 17th - 20th, 2024 in Savannah, Georgia

Welcome to a space where we can begin to address our collective trauma.

“Most Important Patient,” established by Amy Loughren, also known as ‘The Good Nurse,’ and with support from Relias and Nurse.com, stands as the only conference devoted to enhancing the well-being of healthcare professionals and caregivers.

Influenced by Amy's 20-year healing journey, "Most Important Patient" places a priority on the physical, emotional, and spiritual health of nurses, acknowledging the tireless dedication healthcare professionals show in caring for others.

This conference is an overdue space in which healthcare workers can truly recenter their own personal and professional needs in order to transform the state of healthcare into the reality our patients deserve.

The Most Important
Patient is YOU

Our “Most Important Patient” (MIP) Conferences were born out of the need to address the insidious grip of cumulative trauma, burnout and caregiver fatigue.

We believe that by prioritizing you, the caregiver, through an immersive emotional health and wellbeing symposium, we can transform healthcare through educational opportunities, community, self-advocacy, spiritual growth, and sustainability.

MIP Conferences offer 16 meaningful nursing CEU credits to support your career

Our approach to creating lasting change

This conference offers healthcare workers tools, resources, community support and guidance to begin to regain their sense of self and purpose both inside and outside of healthcare.

As healthcare workers ourselves, we know firsthand the emotional, physical and spiritual toll of giving so much of yourself to a very flawed system.

We need spaces to process, to heal, and to share the stories we’ve hidden for years with others who understand. We are creating a space to affirm that we are not alone in our experiences.

Our Impact

“This conference will be the first of its kind where we can truly begin to navigate our collective trauma and address deep wounds to open a path for collective growth and community in healthcare. We deserve this space to honor ourselves. It’s long overdue,”
